Trimble GCS900 Grade Control System
The enhanced GCS900 3D grade control system has the flexibility to be used on dozers, motor graders, excavators and scrapers. It allows use of a common platform across the entire fleet for all phases of earthmoving. It also provides the option to select from GPS, GPS and laser or advanced total station technology to accurately position the blade or bucket in real time. The system’s CAN-based design enables it to be moved easily from machine to machine as needed.
Wirtgen W 35 Cold Mill
The W 35 three-wheeled cold mill is highly compact and easily maneuverable. Several different milling drums are available for special jobs, such as removing road markings. An all-new ergonomic design includes an operator’s station located over the cutter drum. The W 35 provides up to a 14-in. cutting width and a 2.4-in. cutting depth. It has an operating weight of 5,401 lbs. A 42.2-hp powerplant facilitates operating speeds up to 82 fpm.
Riverside Diesel-powered Pumps
Riverside Pump Mfg. introduces a line of pumps powered by Yanmar diesel engines. The DP3Y diaphragm pump can be used to pump heavy mud or to control seepage in excavations. It features a rugged sand cast aluminum housing, heavy-gauge powder-coated roll cage and long-life, fabric core, synthetic rubber diaphragm. Other diesel-powered models include the TP2Y 2-in. trash pump, TP3Y 3-in. trash pump and FP25Y 2.5-in. pressure pump.
Morbark 7600B Wood Hog
The 7600B Wood Hog achieves production rates as high as 600 yds. per hour, depending on the material, with power options up to 1,000 hp. Its Iqan feed system automatically adjusts feed rates, pressures and feed wheel positions to optimize production and engine efficiency. A satellite modem option provides a wireless link to a service center. The hammermill design incorporates a laser cut mill with an 18-hammer pattern with raker design. Other updates include a larger discharge area and internal feed yoke drive.
Compact Power Boxer Brute
The Boxer Brute compact utility loader measures just 42.5 in. wide, 69 in. long and 49 in. high, allowing it to access even the tightest projects. The 27-hp Kohler Command Pro engine supplies the power for an 875-lb. operating capacity. The unit can handle full-size attachments, including a 36-in. auger. It travels at a full 4.5-mph speed with a ground clearance of 5.6 in. Other features include a ride-on plate, fingertip controls, crawl speed valve and safety stop plate.
Genesis Logix Processor
The Logix Processor (LXP) offers the versatility of both pulverizer and shear jaw sets. Four sizes are available to fit excavators in the 20- to 50-metric-ton class. Each LXP jaw retains its own pivot group, allowing jaw sets to be changed out hydraulically. The integral pivot group allows the power curve for each jaw set to be altered to suit the application. The attachment also incorporates shrouded dual cylinders, a Regen valve for fast cycle times and high-quality alloy steel construction.
Champion C80 C/C86 C Motor Graders
The C80 C and C86 C feature a redesigned front axle that provides 50 of steering angle left and right. Straight frame turning radius is 25 ft., with a 19-ft. radius when fully articulated. The box-type design of the front axle also adds 6 in. of ground clearance for a total of 22 in. Both the front axle and articulation cylinders are mounted on spherical bearings for increased service life. Blade lift stance for the 21-in.-high moldboard has been increased to a full 4 ft. across for increased featherability.
Ditch Witch MX182 Mini-excavator
The MX182 features major modifications from its predecessor, the MX15. The unit has a larger operator’s station with a wider entrance, wider seat and more floor space. A neutral engine start system and two-speed ground drive control switch are readily accessible from the operator’s seat. The tilt-up operator’s compartment provides easy access to engine and hydraulic components. Power is provided by an 18-hp Komatsu emissions-compliant engine.
Kent Hydra-Pak Models
The KHP 35, KHP 65, KHP 135 and KHP 210 incorporate rubber shocks, as well as a cross-over check valve to protect the motor. They are also available with an OEM bolt-on top cap. The TLB version is offered with the Switch-Hitch side plate mounting system. An indexing disc inserted in the side plate can be easily changed to accommodate various quick-couplers. All models come complete with the Pro-Pak, which includes hose whips, mounting hardware and operating manual.
Case K Series 2 Dozers
The upgraded models 650K, 750K and 850K hydrostatic crawler dozers feature Tier II-certified engines delivering 75 to 96 net hp. Blade capacities range from 2.0 to 2.73 cu. yds. with 98- to 130-in. widths. The blades can be adjusted to a maximum 52 forward and 60 rearward. The PowerStat hydrostatic drive is controlled by a single lever with electronic straight tracking, two bump-up/bump-down speed buttons and an adjustable ratio of reverse to forward speed.
