Elliott Equipment Company Introduces New 60 Foot Aerial Workplatform & Crane

Omaha, August 15, 2005: Elliott Equipment Company is pleased to introduce its newly redesigned L60 aerial workplatform and crane. There are several significant design improvements in the L60 that make it better from the model it replaces. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Continuous Rotation for easier operation
-Turret Mounted lower controls for better line of sight in crane operations
-40% fewer fittings and all fittings are now O Ring face seal for lower maintenance
-Easy access pedestal opening
-Improved watertight seal on control box for increased reliability
-Hex Head Bolts on rotation bearing and gearbox for Improved access and serviceability
-One lift cylinder for lower maintenance
-Isolated, pressurized leveling system for better platform leveling
-Tubular Torque Frame for Improved torsional resistance
-MH Out and Down Outriggers for improved strength
-Individual outrigger controls for ease of setup
The L60 also features a self-leveling workplatform with 62 feet of working height and a 5,900 lb. crane capacity. Its patented, EZR, rotating removable workplatform can be customized with a wide range of productivity enhancing features including the following:
-Platform mounted electrical outlet
-Hydraulic tool circuit
-Air tool circuit
-Material handling jib winch
-Sign/glass face handling brackets
