Omaha, January 14, 2005: Elliott Equipment Company is pleased to announce the introduction of a brand new, 32 ton capacity boom truck. Designated the 32105, the unit features a 105 foot long, four-section boom. The 32105 incorporates several exclusive, patent pending features to increase operator productivity. These include:
-“Ride-Around” operator control platform (Pat. Pend.), which gives optimal load viewing, during the full 360 degrees of boom operation.
-“Thumb throttle” engine speed control (Pat. Pend.), eliminates the foot throttle, and allows the operator to keep both feet securely on the operator platform and control the speed of the load.
-“Remote Winch Stow” (Pat. Pend.), to allow a single operator the ability to stow the units block and hook after use.
According to Elliott Equipment Companys President, Jim Glazer, These features clearly demonstrate our focus on developing technology to make peoples jobs easier, so they can concentrate on their business.
In addition to the items mentioned above, the 32105 features:
-32 ton crane capacity.
-105 foot main boom length with 115 foot tip height.
-High mounting of boom pivot pin. This geometry provides additional “power out of the hole” for better lifting.
-Front or rear mount configurations. Rider seat and cab are available in rear mounted configuration.
-Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system for safe boom operation.
-A variety of jib lengths, platforms and accessories, to best fit the unit to the user’s application.
-12 month parts and labor warranty, 5 year limited structural warranty.
-Operator amenities including cupholders and 12 volt charger on operator platform.
