Omaha Standard and Southco recently introduced a keyless electromechanical latching system for service truck bodies. The system is designed to ensure multiple access points on all doors of the truck body can be simultaneously locked and unlocked via a key fob with visual confirmation. A low-profile doorframe-mounting configuration eliminates wiring to door panels, the company said. It’s easier to install than rod-driven master locking systems.
