This summer, Meyer Products LLC (Cleveland, OH) will introduces its second-generation V-plow, the Super-V2, which features a 70-degree attack angle and a blade that tapers from 38″ to 30.5″ to provide excellent snow rolling and throwing action similar to that of a highway plow.
Our innovative new Super-V2 clears up to 62% better than a standard v-plow and is backed by the best warranty in the industry, says Andy Outcalt, president of Meyer.
The three-year, ROC Solid Warranty covers all new Meyer plow systems and includes both parts and labor. In addition, Meyer offers an equally impressive five-year structural steel warranty. Owners need to register their plows at Meyers Web site to activate coverage for years three through five.
The new Super-V2 continues Meyers tradition of reliability and innovation with a plow that is super easy, super fast and super tough, according to Outcalt.
Available in 8.5′ and 9.5′ lengths, the versatile Super-V2 features dual-acting cylinders and a pistol grip controller with one-button functionality for straight blade or V-blade configurations.
Unlike other v-plows, the Super-V2s bottom-trip design holds most of its load if an obstruction trips the plow, reducing the number of passes required to finish the job. The bottom-trip design also allows the plow to trip regardless of how the wings are configured, another advantage over full-trip competitors.
Components of this new Meyer plow are interchangeable with the standard Meyer Super-V plow.
Our Super-V2 is built with our proprietary Reliable Over-Time Construction (ROC) process featuring attention to the detailed things that make our plows the most rugged and reliable in the industry, Outcalt says.
