American Spider Lifts introduced Teupen GmbH spider lifts in the United States and Canada. Spider lifts are self-propelled aerial lifts with outriggers that can be individually rotated and leveled. Spider lifts can be operated like a normal lift from the bed of a truck; or set the outriggers down, self unload it in minutes and drive the machine around with wireless remote controls. Once unloaded, the rubber tracks will negotiate difficult terrain, tight spots, drive-through doors, maneuver inside buildings, travel over lawns, up and down slopes, over patios, septic systems, snow or mud. Units up to 100-foot working height are light enough that they can also be towed on a skid-steer style trailer by a heavy-duty pick-up truck. Teupen’s complete spider lift line features units capable of up to 198-feet working height.
